Jiu-Jitsu Medicine is a combination of two passions. As doctors who roll we love what we do in the hospital/clinic and in the gym. We are often approached for medical advice in the BJJ community and the topics are either common or unique to combat sports. One doc started to write summaries about these topics to handout and then thought maybe others in the broad jiu-jitsu community would want to access this too. So Jiu-Jitsu Medicine was founded as a space anyone can access that will have reliable medical information tailored to those who roll.
